Refunds and Returns

Sunset Brew offers its customers only quality products, delivering beers that have passed all tests of excellence before leaving the factory. Occurrences involving exchange or return must be reported to Sunset Brew by email or telephone. Product returned without this communication, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying items/accessories, will be reshipped without prior consultation. The products do not undergo any change in our distribution centre.

To exchange the product, the following conditions must be observed:

The deadline for requesting the exchange of a product is up to 7 days from the date of receipt;

The product must be shipped in the original packaging, with no indication of use and without breach of the manufacturer's original seal; 

Once the exchange item is received at the store, we will be verifying and forwarding via email a coupon exchange for the customer to make the exchange directly through the site.

To return a product for regret, the following conditions must be observed:

The deadline to give up the purchase of the product is seven days, from the date of receipt;

The product must be shipped in the original packaging, with no indication of use and without breach of the manufacturer's original seal;
